<dt>**Description**</dt>
<dd>

The City of Lyon intends to sell the 3 stands of the former Lou Rugby stadium, located at 8 rue Oradour sur Glane in Vénissieux (69200) These 3 stands are no longer up to standard, and have not been audited for many years (see the latest 2014 control report) The stands are sold only for recycling and recovery of metal structures. In other words, they can never be reassembled or reused as they are. All the stands will have to be evacuated: structures, seats, floors, equipment constituting the stands, etc ... On the other hand, the concrete and floor slabs remain on site. It should be noted that the structure has been sampled in places, and that certain support and liaison elements are missing. During dismantling, special attention to safety must therefore be paid to the risks presented by the structure. It is also specified that electrical wiring has become almost non-existent. With a total of 2167 seats, the stand is organized into 18 rows. Dimensions of the central stand 13.5 meters deep 74 meters long 5 meters high (at the highest floor) Dimensions of the two side stands 20 meters deep 120 meters in length 5 meters high (at the highest floor) Span width: 2 metres The technical documentation and plans are attached to the advertisement (assembly document, site plan, ground plan) The removal site must take place without interruption, according to dates to be refined between the City and the highest bidder. A site organization will have to be designed and implemented to take into account the constraints of the site (security, storage of construction machines and machinery, etc.) To find out about the equipment for sale and the configuration of the premises, only by appointment with M Augoyat at 06-31-09-41-49
