- Description
The STAS DOYER 250/251 hydrotherapy bath, installed in the new thermal establishment in Balaruc-les-Bains, is designed for rheumatology treatments (pelotherapy and hydrobath). It was installed in the thermal baths in 2014. The STAS DOYER 250/251 bathtub combines a modular design (massage zones, customizable programs) with automated cycle management, with integrated safety procedures (temperature alarm, suspension in the event of a fault). Its touch panel and maintenance menus allow intuitive operation, while its robust hydraulic components (Lowara pump, ASCO/Burkert solenoid valves) guarantee reliability suitable for intensive thermal use. 1. Technical characteristics and functionalities The 250/251 bathtub incorporates a touch control panel with screens dedicated to the operating phases, and predefined treatment programs (e.g. Rheumato, Mild Rheumatology, Phlebo), configurable via a maintenance menu. • Structure: o 5 massage zones (legs, thighs, pelvis, back, shoulders) can be activated independently or in combination, with low pressure and aerobath options [see DOE, p.18-20]. o Adjustable temperature (e.g., 36°C for rheumatology programs) [see DOE, p.18-20]. o Cycle length: 20 minutes (1,200 seconds) for standard programs, with steps from 20 to 600 seconds [see DOE, p.18-20]. • Hydraulic components: o LOWARA SHE 32-160/22 pump (ref. 000030237) made of AISI 316 stainless steel, flow rate up to 75 m³/h. o Solenoid valves (e.g. ASCO Series 238, Burkert Type 6126) for regulating water and air flows o Manual and motorized valves (e.g. FIP VXE, GEMÜ 613) in PVC-U or PVC-C, with union or threaded connections. • Hydraulic diagram: o Separate circuits for hot/cold water, air, and disinfection, with bactericidal nozzle and hand shower. 2. Operating procedures and maintenance Usage • Main screens: o Reception: Display of the STAS DOYER logo [see DOE, p.2-3]. o "Rest" phase: "Start Cycle" button to start filling [see DOE, p.3]. o Filling: Temperature display (adjustable) and hot/cold water forcing buttons [see DOE, p.3-4]. o Treatment: Suspension possible via the "Pause" button or the pneumatic "Sick Call" button (scrolling message: "SICK CALL") [see DOE, p.4]. o Draining: Timed phase with flashing of the "Cycle Start" and "Cabin Occupancy" lights [see DOE, p.6]. o Rinsing/descaling: Automatic or manual mode (access via hidden key held >1 sec) [see DOE, p.7]. • Fault messages: o Critical alarms: "TEMPERATURE BATH ALARM" (automatic emptying) [see DOE, p.5]. o Suspensions: "Inconsistent level sensors", "Turbine thermal fault" [see DOE, p.5]. Maintenance • Menu Access: o Level I: Code 5555 + "ENT" + "Valid" (visualization of inputs/outputs, clock, durations of use) [see DOE, p.8-11]. o Level II: Code 34540 + "ENT" + "Valid" (setting the timers)
