- Withdrawal procedures
Withdrawal by appointment at the expense of the Buyer after receipt of payment and authorization of withdrawal. The Buyer has a period of 7 calendar days to collect the property, from the receipt of the winning bid confirmation email. Goods worth more than €4,600 will be withdrawn, removed and transferred to the buyer under the same conditions, but the delay will be longer because beyond this amount the Syndicate Committee must deliberate to authorise the sale. The buyer will therefore be notified by SMECTOM of the date from which the property can be collected. The buyer will then have 15 days from this date to proceed with the collection.
